SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Subscription Terms govern trials, automatically renewing subscriptions, payments, cancellation, subscription fee changes, refunds, and applicable withdrawal rights in connection with your use of Clean Ninja: Storage Cleaner.

These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data in connection with your use of Clean Ninja: Storage Cleaner.

1. Trial and Subscription

Clean Ninja may offer access to the Service under a free or paid trial. The availability and applicable conditions of any trial will be presented to you before you confirm your subscription.

If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires, Google may charge the applicable subscription fee for the subscription option you have chosen.

Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each applicable period (whether weekly, monthly, every 6 months, annually, or otherwise, depending on the option selected at the time of purchase) unless you cancel it.

2. Billing and Payment

Subscription payments are processed through Google Play. The applicable fees will be charged to the payment method associated with your Google Play account.

By confirming your purchase or starting a trial, you authorize Google to charge the applicable subscription fees to your selected payment method.

Orvanta Digital Limited does not receive or store your full payment-card information.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your trial or subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation turns off automatic renewal, but you will normally continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of your then-current subscription period.

To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, please cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or then-current subscription period.

Please note that deleting Clean Ninja from your device or deleting your Clean Ninja account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription.

4. Changes to Subscription Fees

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and Google Play’s platform rules, subscription fees may change from time to time.

Where required, notice of an applicable price change will be provided before the new price takes effect.

If you do not wish to continue your subscription at the new price, you may cancel it before the change becomes effective.

5. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights

5.1 Google Play Purchases

Clean Ninja subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. If you are eligible for a refund, the refund request must be submitted through Google in accordance with Google Play’s applicable refund procedures.

5.2 EEA and UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EEA or UK consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@orvanta.limited before the withdrawal period expires and inform us of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

If you validly withdraw from the contract, any reimbursement due will be made without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law, using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Where you have expressly requested that the digital service begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledged the consequences of doing so, your right of withdrawal or the amount refundable may be affected to the extent permitted by applicable law.
